Do you remember the time you were in that jam, a real pickle of a circumstance or situation. Did you call of the Lord? And then, if you did, did you thank Him for coming to your rescue? You should have!
Today, in between your work in the kitchen, your errand to pick up an item at the grocery that you forgot, or right before you take you nap before laboring in the kitchen, learn from David on what to do when you are ever in a jam again. When you are fleeing from a circumstance, a condition, a crisis, or a calamity, take note of how David prayed when he fled from Saul and was in a cave, in a jam. Yes, David expresses praise and yes, he seeks deliverance. But David is also heard, voicing thankfulness!
