“It was for this freedom that Christ set us free [completely liberating us]; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery [which you once removed].” (Galatians 5:1 The Amplified Bible)
The Lord has sent us a twofold message, communicated in today’s Scriptural references. The opening Scripture tell us what to do, and the closing verse will help us do what we are to do. Read them both, regard them as truth, reflect on them, and reinforce them in your daily living. Internalize and materialize. In other words, hear them distinctly, but hold them dearly, close to your heart; internalize them so that you can materialize the truth contained in these extracts from the word of God.
I know you are on your way to service, right? I know you will stand up and be a witness for the Lord this morning, won’t you? Have a Spirit-filled Sunday, so much so that you will have no problem walking by the Spirit this week. Be blessed!
“And that about wraps it up. God is strong, and he wants you strong. So take everything the Master has set out for you, well-made weapons of the best materials. And put them to use so you will be able to stand up to everything the devil throws your way. This is no weekend war that we’ll walk away from and forget about in a couple of hours. This is for keeps, a life-or-death fight to the finish against the devil and all his angels.” (Ephesians 6:10-12 The Message Bible)
Still committed to the climb,
