This is your Monday Short meditation. We will begin by thanking the Lord for saving us, not because of our works, but because of His grace. For if it was not for His grace, our failings would turn into a definite falling into an eternal pit when our days on this earth our done. Thank Him again because we all have failings. We don’t practice sin, but sometimes we do sin, by our thoughts and/or our actions. We need to thank God again this morning! For He is rich in mercy and if we confess our sins, the bible says that He is faithful and just to cleanse us of all unrighteousness.
Before I close, let me ask you two questions. First Question: If the Lord was to send an angelic forensic team some celestial investigative angels, assigned to see if your fingerprints are on the work of the church, what would they find as they employ their unmatchable factfinding skills to look at your life in real time? Second Question: Realizing that we work not to be saved, but because we are saved, what fingerprints are you going to leave behind this week? Don’t talk about latent fingerprints, but rather fresh fingerprints!
Answer both the question above with integrity, and then make it a point, taking purposeful actions to ensure that you are leaving behind some evidence daily, an easily detected amount of evidence, that you have been involved in the work of the church. Have a great day! Love you! Be blessed!
