“Hear my cry, O God; attend to my prayer. From the end of the earth, I will cry to You, when my heart is overwhelmed; lead me to the rock that is higher than I.” (Psalm 61:1-2 NKJV)
There is not a typo in the title above. I mean “We” and not “Wee.” You may read this in the wee hours of the morning today, between midnight and when the sun rises. Or perhaps your personal perspective of the “wee hours” is whatever time you woke up to see a new day, and that’s when you opened this meditation. However, I just wanted to give you some assurance by letting you know that God and you is the “we” to whom I am making reference. Be like the Psalmist and find yourself in the “we hours” talking with God, early in the morning. See the passage above again and make it personal.
Throughout the day, know that all day long, if you stay God-conscious, it can be labeled “In The We Hours.” By doing, by staying God-conscious, you will constantly be reminded that you are not ever, regardless of whatever thing you go through, never alone. God is with you just as He was promised to be with Jacob in the closing verse. Have a great Tuesday. Be blessed!
“Behold, I am with you and will keep [careful watch over you and guard] you wherever you may go, and I will bring you back to this [promised] land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.” (Genesis 28:15 The Amplified Bible)
Still committed to the climb,
