“But Jesus said, “Someone did touch Me, for I was aware that power had left Me.” Now when the woman saw that she had not escaped notice, she came trembling and fell down before Him, and admitted in the presence of all the people the reason why she had touched Him, and how she had been immediately healed. And He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace.” (Luke 8:46-48 NASB)
Here is your Monday Short meditation. It may be useful as you go through this week, and you find that you need some power from above to help sustain you, strengthen you, stretch your faith a little bit more.
Let’s keep it simple, succinct, and straightforward for once this Monday morning.
When Jesus’ power goes out, as we see in the text above, He is not out of power, not at all. It is a case of power out, but no power outage! His power is not diminished. He still has all-power in His hands, and He is able and willing to help you and He will fix you when all other remedies have failed. I’ll say it again, “When Jesus’ power goes out, He is not out of power.”
Have a great, God-conscious, Christ-centered, and wonderful day! Be blessed!
“And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, ‘All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.’” (Matthew 28:18 KJV)
Still committed to the climb,
