“The Lord is my light and my salvation; he protects me from danger—whom shall I fear? When evil men come to destroy me, they will stumble and fall! Yes, though a mighty army marches against me, my heart shall know no fear! I am confident that God will save me.” (Psalm 27:1-3 The Living Bible)
There are two words that will help you stay confident, regardless of what you are facing, in spite of what is going on in place in your corner of the globe, and in the days present or future. The Psalmist utilizes these words in the opening and the inspired writer included them as the words following a preposition in the closing verse. The words, “The Lord” are words you have started many, multiple sentences in good times and bad, in times of crisis, challenges, and circumstances, in times where you felt excited or felt emotionally drained, and in times where you felt uncertain, unsure, or even upset. Regardless of your bible translation, you will see these same two words, “The Lord.” Keep using them! They will bolster your confidence,
