This is your Monday Short! Let me be really quick, really. Listen! You will hear really important announcements spoken over the overhead public address system in your school, the inner-office intercom system at your work, or the broadcast “Breaking News” on TV this week. You will hear loud announcements transmitted over the speakers at the various stores and malls that you will shop at this week.
Let’s be honest. Sometimes these announcements are ignored. But take note, my friend. There is one announcement, not to be ignored for it will draw you closer to Christ throughout this week. It is an old, made announcement from ages ago, but it should still be heard in our hearts today. Yes, it’s an old announcement, initially broadcasted over the Heavenly P.A. System. It is recorded in writing, and it can be found in the word of God. Really? Yes! Just read it word for word in the closing scripture.
