WHEN YOU NEED HELP TO DO WHAT THE LORD TOLD YOU TO DO?

“Bring two of every different kind of bird, two of every different animal and two of every different living thing that moves along the ground. All these will come to you. You will take care of them so that they will stay alive.”

There are some things that the Lord has told us to do, and we think that what He has commanded is just too hard to do. Love all my neighbors? That’s a hard thing, Lord! Forgive, forget, and forge forward in a reconciled state with somebody? That’s a hard thing, Lord! Give, understanding that it shall be given unto you in return, in great measure? That’s a hard thing, Lord! Let my life be a teaching instrument to provide instruction to insure my children and grandchildren will have reverence for the Lord? That’s a hard thing, Lord!

God loves you and He will help you if you just turn to Him. Case in point: Look at Noah’s task to bring the animals into the ark. This was on top of building the ark!  This was more work, but God gave Noah the help he needed. Yes, He did! Look at the verse above. Notice the part that says, “All these will come to you.” God helped Noah in doing what He was told to do, and God will help you, too.

Whatever God has told you to do that seems too big a challenge, seemingly too hard to accomplish, or to close to the realm of impossibility, get busy and get to the throne of our gracious God! Seek His help! He is just waiting for you to look to Him, the One whom your help comes from. Have a great day! Be blessed!

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” (Psalm 46:1 KJV)

  1. Loved this Pastah! What a great visual of what it looks like to lean on God to do what He’s called us to do. Even the hard things!

    Bless you!
