This is your Monday Short meditation. I’ll start with a short, true story. Friday morning, I had just exited the door at a local grocery store. As I approached the door, it opened automatically. Before going home, I stopped at an owner-operated food restaurant that specializes in delicious fried chicken. I went in and purchased a few pieces for the family’s lunch. When exiting the restaurant, I almost walked through the door, expecting it, unconsciously, to open automatically. I was wrong. I had to take some action. I had to push the door open to exit. It was a door that is not an automatic door.
This brings me to my point. “The Door” is not an automatic door. Some action must be taken regularly before “The Door” is opened. In this case, according to the scripture above, you have to knock. Yes, action is required. Therefore, my advice to you, my friend, is that you keep on knocking at “The Door.” Have a great start to your week. Be blessed!
