“And now come, and I will send you to Pharaoh, so that you may bring My people, the sons of Israel, out of Egypt.” (Exodus 3:10 NASB)
This is your Monday Short meditation! In the verse above, God gives Moses a stretch assignment. Here is Moses, after 40 years in Pharoah’s court, followed by 40 years of shepherding in Midian, and he is standing on holy ground, on the Mountain of God. It was time for Moses to fulfill the purpose for which he was born, to serve as the deliverer of God’s people from Egyptian bondage by the power that God would give him. It was a stretch assignment.
Be assured my fellow believer, sooner or later, but probably the former and not the latter, God is going to give you, on the ground you find yourself standing, a stretch assignment. Know that He is doing so because He has a purpose for you to achieve. As I have said many times over the years, “Don’t offer excuses! Just execute, meeting God’s expectations.” You can depend on His power just like Moses did and you will benefit the lives of many people.
Have a great start to the week. Be blessed!
Committed to the climb,

A stretch assignment may have been received and completed. That I am not certain about; however, I will keep praying and listening for when He calls on me again.
Yes, look for those times where it seems too much or it takes too much of time or resources. Look for those times where you have doubts about doing an assignment. Doctor, you have proven you can do it many times! Keep doing it! Be blessed
