REAL STRENGTH

“In weakness, His strength shines the brightest.” (Anonymous Quote)

This is your Monday Short meditation. As it is necessary every other week of the year, you will need real strength to make it through this week. Real strength will not be found in your home gym facility. Real strength will not be found when you finally go through your muscle building regiment at your preferred workout gym. Real strength, strength that is needed to make it through the week spiritually, emotionally, physically, intellectually, and relationally, will only be found in one place. Actually, it is not a place, it is a Person. Check out the verses below and say to yourself, showing true confidence in your source of strength, “I’m going to exhibit real strength this week.” Get going now and be strong in the Lord! Be blessed!

”I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.” (Psalm 121:1-2 ESV)

Committed to the climb,

  1. Those words have a special ring since Sister Coffey sang it with the Salt Of The Earth Women’s Day Choir during our Women’s Day morning worship. It always was very meaningful to me even before we sang it. However, even more now since we have come to realize that it is true. Just lift up your eyes, ask Him for help, and He will provide, make a way out of no way, keep you safe in His arms, never leave you nor forsake you, and so on and on and on. He is the One.

    1. Keep looking to Him! He is Real Help and provides us with real strength. And as you indicated, in so many words, He will hear you and respond. Sometimes we just need to discern the positive and purposeful meaning in His response. Be blessed!
