According to the Urban Dictionary, the term rehassle is defined as a “very unwanted rehearsal” and is used commonly among professional musicians to describe a rehearsal that is not enjoyable or necessary.”
When I sat down to write this morning, I intended to compliment church choirs, including the one at the church I attend, for actually having rehearsals where there were no conflicts about who “owns” a solo, no drawn out discussions about yet another color attire that members should wear on the upcoming Sunday, even if they have to spend some more money, no abrupt voices saying, “We just sang that two months ago,” and no skirmishes between the gifted musicians. Thank God for my church’s choir and other church choirs as well. Afterall, we are to be Christians at choir rehearsal! It should be choir rehearsal and not choir rehassle. Am I right?
Well, instead of what I had intended to write, the Lord, the One in charge, wanted me to address a bigger audience, referring to all who have confessed Christ and should try their best to be the salt of the earth, the light of the world, and witnesses for the Lord. Here is what I need to tell this audience, that I hope is growing because of evangelism: Wherever we are, we should seek to show love as described in the verses below. I’m telling you, if we do, we can all get along and the rehassle in all our relationships, responsibilities, real life encounters, reactions and real initial actions will not be seen. That’s right, no rehassle!
Have a great Tuesday, a terrific Tuesday, a testifying Tuesday, a triumphant Tuesday where people can see that you are living as if rehearsing to be in the presence of the Lord for an eternity. You see, in your eternal home, In Heaven, there will be no rehassle, ever! Be blessed!

Such sound admonition for maintaining Christ-like relationships. If we are walking with and in Christ, we won’t entertain rehassles.
